I know someone who does know all the answers because He is God. You can know God in a living personal way. He is not someone to be afraid of, he wants to be your friend but he needs to be Lord of all of your life. He loves you so much he died for you and when you die, if you have asked Him sincerely to forgive you for all the wrong things you have done you can be with Him for ever in heaven. Imagine, your next waking moment is in the joyful presence of God.  We can be sure of being in heaven for ever, it doesn't depend on how many times I go to church or how many good things I do, just and only just on being really sorry for your sins and telling God this.

But, don't forget, God sees and hears everything, even your most secret thoughts.

It seems too good to be true but God loves us regardless of how "good" or bad we are. Without his loving provision we will go to Hell when we die even if the only bad thing we have done is to be unfriendly with someone. Look up John chapter 3 verse 16 in a bible translation you understand. You don't use "thou, thee, verily" nor do you use the word "charity" for love. Language changes, God does not change. I like the 'Good News' version or the 'Contemporary English Version'; this is the language I use everyday, easy to understand. The Lord Jesus Christ wanted everybody to understand what he said that is why he spoke to the people in Aramaic.
